Delete your Damaura account

Damaura is published by TACHYS X SDN. BHD., in collaboration with SERENITILABS SDN. BHD.

In the app

  1. Open Damaura and go to You → Account.
  2. Under Delete account, tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away, and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email hello@damaura.ai from the email address you use for Damaura, with the subject "Delete my Damaura account".

We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days of your request and reply to tell you it's done.

What is deleted

  • Your account, profile and sign-in details
  • Your conversations with Damaura
  • Mood check-ins, reflections, journal entries and practice history
  • Patterns and insights Damaura learned about you
  • Your credits, referral details and notification settings

Copies in our backups are removed within the standard backup cycle. We keep information only where the law requires us to: records of credit packs you bought stay for tax, no longer linked to you. See our Privacy Policy.
