Welcome to Damaura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Damaura mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SERENITILABS SDN. BHD. ("we", "us", or "our"), a Malaysian company.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

Damaura is an AI-powered wellness companion designed to provide:

• Supportive conversations for emotional wellbeing
• Islamic-informed guidance and reflections
• Mood tracking and self-reflection tools
• Wellness insights and pattern recognition

3. Eligibility

To use Damaura, you must:

• Be at least 17 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. AI-Generated Content

Damaura uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
• AI cannot replace human judgment or professional advice
• You should not rely solely on AI responses for important decisions
• We continuously work to improve AI quality but cannot guarantee perfection
